Responsibilities
-Design, prototyping, and development of game modes and gameplay mechanics
-Adjusting overall gameplay balance and content based on player feedback and data
-Balancing character parameters, perks, and abilities to create interesting tactical choices and character enhancements
-Working on improving AI of game characters / UX
-Working with game analytics to identify growth areas and improve the player experience.
What skills will you use
- At least 2 years of experience in game design
- Experience working on core gameplay/combat systems in RPG/sport simulator/action games
- Proven track record of taking gameplay systems/mechanics from concept to implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus skills:
- Successful cases of game balance and mechanics adjustments
- Independent setup of gameplay elements
- Development of in-game balance
- Experience working on multiplayer games
