Responsibilities
-Full cycle of the recruitment process: from sourcing to the start of the employee's work.
-Sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates
-Development of the recruitment processes
-Building good relationships with candidates: timely feedback and maintaining contact after communication.
-Forming a talent pool and maintaining connections with potential candidates.
What skills will you use
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT, mobile applications, games).
- Knowledge and application of various methods/tools for sourcing and selecting candidates
- Experience in sourcing candidates for Middle and Senior level positions in development and art directions.
- Focus on the quality and high level of candidates rather than the number of closed positions.
- Ability to organize processes and pay attention to details.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
